Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are postponing the 2020 production until June. We are still working with South Suburban on dates and will update as soon as we have them.
Please stay tuned for ticket information and information regarding refunds, if needed. We are unable to handle ticket questions at this time.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all navigate through these unprecedented times. Please stay safe and we look forward to seeing you in June!

GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
Guests with Disabilities (handicap seating)
Showtime on Ice takes pride in the effort to meet the needs of all our guests. Wheelchair and companion seating is available upon request and based on availability per show. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your ticket needs.
Ticket exchanges will take place the last two weeks before show. Please contact Sophia Mayerhofer HERE with your requests.
If an exchange is necessary, please indicate the following information in your email notice- your name (please use the name associated with the ticket order), date of the show you have in hand and a phone number in the event we need to a talk with you. Please let us know what type of change you are requesting – a different seat for the show, a different performance, etc. This information will be most helpful in the ticket exchange.
We do not accept ticket exchanges the day of the performance.
Your Visit to the Performance and the Arena
For those seated rinkside (you are on the ice), we recommend a blanket, warm shoes and warm coat – it is chilly! For all other seating, please be advised to dress appropriately.
Please allow yourself PLENTY of time prior to the show especially if you are purchasing your tickets at the time of performance.
Please allow yourself plenty of time to make any other purchases prior to the show. Each year we order plenty of flowers, programs and other items. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be available through the arena concessions. Plan your time wisely if you wish to make these purchases prior to the start of the show.
This spectacular performance will begin promptly at posted showtimes. We have blackouts and many scene changes – please be respectful of patrons all around you by being seated on time and stay seated during the performance.
